A warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Most contractors cover their own labor and leave the manufacturer to you. YES backs its workmanship for years and manages the entire claim for you, so a problem down the road stays our responsibility, not yours.
We Manage the Whole Claim for You
When a covered issue comes up, you make one call. During your warranty period, we diagnose the problem, file and manage the manufacturer claim, coordinate the replacement parts, and complete the labor to install them, at no cost to you for a covered failure. That’s true even when the fault is a manufacturer’s defect rather than anything to do with the installation. Instead of chasing paperwork or shipping equipment yourself, you have one accountable team seeing it through from start to finish.
Your Coverage, by System
Solar
Your solar installation is backed by a 25-year workmanship warranty, covering the quality of the work that puts the system on your roof. The panels and inverters also carry their own manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself. Whichever applies, we handle the claim for you during the coverage period.
Battery Storage
Your battery installation is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. The battery hardware is separately covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the unit. If either is ever needed, we manage the diagnosis, the claim, and the replacement labor for you.
Roofing
Your new roof is backed by a 15-year workmanship warranty on the installation. Roofing materials also carry their own manufacturer coverage. If an issue arises within the covered period, one in-house team is responsible for making it right, with no finger-pointing between roofer and manufacturer.
HVAC
Your HVAC installation is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty. The heating and cooling equipment carries its own manufacturer warranty on the unit. When something needs attention, our in-house service team diagnoses it and handles any covered claim for you.
