It was a genuine pleasure to work with YES throughout the entire process from appraisal to permit to installation and commissioning. All of the folks we dealt with were professional, kind and curious with regard to our queries and gave highly informed and keenly objective advice. We would have no hesitation in recommending YES.
My Mitsubishi split was in serious need of service. Mark was friendly and extraordinarily knowledgeable of the air split. He took the time to show me the condition of each part as he cleaned it. After the reassembly he tested both the a/c and heat to ensure both were in operational order. I would highly recommend Jonas and Mark if you’re looking for skilled professionals to service your air split.

I’m happy to write a far more positive review for YES. The battery issue was successfully resolved remotely and YES did send out a technician who identified the issue and relayed it back to Enphase. This happened back in June 2026.
Now, I’ll go with YES again to expand my battery coverage and add a EV charger. Nic Short who handled all my questions and produced excellent summaries and options for my system is excellent. His emails are clear, informative, and prompt. I’m moving forward knowing what to expect in terms of costs and savings.
INITIAL REVIEW – ONE STAR.
Your Energy Solutions expanded my solar system and added two Enphase batteries. I wish my review could be more positive but the follow up on a malfunctioning battery has been extremely poor. Both Y.E.S. and Enphase have not followed through on correcting the issue and I’ve been going back and forth with them both for nearly two months now. I thought, at one point, a technician from Y.E.S. would come to the house to fix the issue because all remote fixes are simply not working. If fact, we had a hard date on the calendar but they cancelled. Trying to reschedule has been frustrating and practically impossible. They stopped reply to emails. I do not think a customer should be sidelined like this by any company. If you’re going solar/battery be very careful of the company you choose and be sure they will follow up in a timely manner with any fixes as needed.

There are too many one and two star Google reviews for Y.E.S. all saying the same thing about customer service. Beware of this company! Enphase needs to choose better companies to sponsor their products and Enphase needs to do a better job as well with following through.
There has got to be better companies than this. I cannot have Y.E.S. do any additional work on my system simply because I can’t trust them to respond and address/correct any problems.

Great service! We’ve had our YES solar array and batteries now for two years and not a single problem!
Y.E.S. worked on our solar installation. The process was straight forward and have been responsive in communications and the installation. The entire team at Y.E.S. was super helpful, Thanks to Mia and Geno from sales, Skyler and Celeste and Varon throughout the operation and installation from the crew and Omar also made the inspection process smooth. Highly recommend!
I recently called Your Energy Solutions HVAC to service my AC after noticing a spike in energy usage on my Tesla app. Since they also installed my solar and Tesla battery and were amazing from start to finish, they were naturally my first call.
From the beginning, the experience was excellent. Juan, the AC Technician Supervisor, arrived with Eric, explained the service, and thoroughly inspected the system. I ask a lot of questions, and Juan was incredibly patient and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly.
After about 20-30 minutes of troubleshooting, they found the issue. My 16-year-old AC unit only needed a few minor parts replaced, no unnecessary upselling or pressure to replace the entire system.
That honesty and professionalism are exactly why I highly recommend Your Energy Solutions. Great company, great employees, and great service!

I selected YES after talking to few other vendors for their reasonable price and very good reviews. The actual installation was done last year. Yesterday due to strong wind, there was a lot of noise and my father thought that couple of panels moved. Though it was hard to think of such possibilty I decided to inform YES. I was able to contact their service department and though overbooked, YES was able to send a techinican today itself. The techinican David came and went on to the roof and checked all panels. Thanksfully none of them was loose. I appreciate the prompt response and followup of Surena from service department.
This is my second post review for your energy solutions. I recently had some issues with my Home Tesla charger and my solar at my residence. My first review I must say though every company that I dealt with on a big project there are some issues but everything was pretty much squared away and I was impressed with the company though this recent issue I must say customer support was there for me and took care of the problem! There was some communication issues after the first install which was last October 2025, but things did get squared away, but I must mention recently an employee within the company her name is Skyler was so professional and knowledgeable, and I’ve never had customer service be so sincere regarding my issue and Skyler was easy to get a hold of and again was there for my concerns about the issue I was having! The company your energy solutions has a very valuable employee working for them! These days hard to find somebody that cares about the job these days. Skyler cares very much working for this company and I was very fortunate to have her help me out!Thank you very much Skyler!👏
